Within the contiguous United States

For orders totaling $50 after any discounts and loyalty credits, shipping is FREE. We will choose the delivery method based on weight so please include your PO Box in case we send your package via USPS.

Our flat-rate shipping charge is only $2.99 for orders less than $50.

We ship within two postal business days of receiving your order (usually within one day), and ship via UPS ground service which has a delivery time of between 1 and 6 business days (excluding weekend days and holidays). Please see the UPS time-in-transit map below to determine delivery time to your location. We may choose to ship light packages via USPS mail which has an average delivery time of 1-6 postal business days. If you have a PO Box, please include it in case we ship your package via USPS.

You will never be charged with unexpected surcharges, as we do not charge separately for additional shipping on oversized items. Our flat-rate shipping covers it all, no matter the size!

Traverse City residents can choose the 'Free pick-up in Traverse City' option, and pick up their order inside Green Island at 120 East Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49684. Orders are usually available within one day of the order being placed, and once the customer has received an email stating that their order has "shipped" they can pick up their order at Green Island at their convenience. Green Island is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday from 10:00am - 5:00pm, and Sunday from 12:00pm - 3:00pm.

Expedited shipping available for delivery within the contiguous United States for a flat rate of $34.40 for UPS 3 Day Select service, or $43.90 for UPS 2nd Day Air service. If the total order weight is greater than 15 pounds, the customer will be contacted with a revised expedited shipping quote. Please note that weekend days and holidays are not included when calculating delivery time, so a package shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday if sent via 2nd Day Air or on Wednesday if send via 3 Day Select (assuming no holidays fall during that time which would delay the shipment further).

We charge actual shipping charges for delivery to Hawaii , Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APOs. For delivery to those locations, at checkout choose the "Residents of AK, HI, PR, APO: contact us for rates" button, and when we receive your order we will e-mail to you the shipping charges and revised total. At that time you can choose to accept the charges or you can cancel your order.

International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
