We bought this for our 3 year old and she giggles like crazy whenever he walks! We adults thought it was hilarious, too. He has a cute, slow walk as penquins should have - he's not hyper like so many wind-up toys. We're glad we bought it.

This penguin is just too slow to be fun for my son (14 month old). I bought the jumping bunny and the moving lion too, and his favorite is the bunny. And it is very noisy compared to the other two small toys. I think the waddling should be more exaggerated to be noticeable.
