Who knew a cute caterpillar could teach a child so much and be so fun?! Roll the dice to see which colored segment to thread on the string, and when all six colors have been rolled, your child will have a sweet caterpillar to walk around the house. Teaches color recognition/matching, and manual dexterity.

Ages 2+ per the manufacturer, but there is a dice in the game, so we suggest ages 3+.

It is a very nice threading set (good for small muscle training). Vivid colored parts are good to teach colors to children especially since this set comes with a dice with colors on. Problem: when you play the dice game, after certain colors are already threaded and you rolled the dice to have the same color(s) again, you have to keep rolling the dice until you get a left-over color. So it gets less fun as you are running out of the colors. But overall, it's a cute set teaching many things at the same time.
