I searched for a scale for a long time and finally found this one from Haba. The quality is what you would expect. The wood is beautiful in color and very smooth. The balance seems to be perfect. My 4 year old son loves to measure everything around the house and see what's heavier and lighter. Every child who comes over, plays with it. A great introduction to science/math concepts. My only complaint is that is doesn't come with any weights.
