At 7 months our son loves these. They are great for fine motor development and imagination. Much to our surprise, we found he's made up a little game in which he puts just enough pressure on the edge of a block, using his index finger, and tips it 90 degrees, making a great noise when on a hard surface, and leaving the block in position to do it all over again and again and again. If already he's having this much fun, we can just imagine when he is old enough to stack them himself. And yet another surprise benefit -- the mirror one is like a dental tool -- it brings light into your little one's mouth so you can see what's going on in the teething department!

My son is a little under the recommended age at 9 months, but he loves playing with these. The little mirror gives him tons of entertainment, as he is pretty vain. haha The bell has to be his favorite, as he loves noise. And stacking them up for him to knock down is a lot of fun!
