Sylvie's kitchen is made of solid northern white pine, sanded and finished until it is perfect! It has two shelves to keep spices and other accessories handy. It also has a metal sink with wooden faucet, four burners engraved onto the top of the stove (with rotating knobs to pretend to turn the burners on), and two doors covering the oven/storage area. The storage door opens to the side while the oven door (with a window opening so your child can see whether their play meal is done), opens forward like a real oven door.

Accent pieces, such as the knobs, are made from a slightly darker hardwood to give the kitchen more depth and beauty.
